IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON FOR SPOKANE COUNTY NO. 12-2-02421-3 SHERIFF'S NOTICE TO JUDGMENT DEBTORS OF SALE OF REAL PROPERTY HOMESTREET BANK, a Washington state chartered savings bank, Plaintiff vs JENNY POLEK, an individual, FRANK POLEK, an individual, ALL OCCUPANTS of the real property commonly known as 3606 E. Salisbury Lane, Spokane, Washington, the UNKNOWN HEIRS OF JANET L. POLEK, and BIRKDALE OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, a Washington nonprofit corporation, Defendants TO: Jenny Polek, Frank Polek, The Unknown Heirs Of Janet L. Polek, Birkdale Owners' Association, and All Occupants of the real property located at 3606 E. Salisbury Lane, Spokane, Washington. An Order of Sale has been issued in the above-captioned case, directed to the Sheriff of Spokane County, commanding the sheriff as follows: WHEREAS, in the above entitled Court, on the 25th day of February, Plaintiff HomeStreet Bank secured a judgment by Default and Decree of Foreclosure against Defendants Jenny Polek, Frank Polek, The Unknown Heirs Of Janet L. Polek, Birkdale Owners' Association, and All Occupants of the real property located at 3606 E. Salisbury Lane, Spokane, Washington, which is for the sum of $179,602.62 plus interest at the rate of 5.125% per annum, $912.57 per month thereafter. Said judgment is entered in the execution docket of the Superior Court as Judgment Number 139016575. WHEREAS, said judgment is a foreclosure against all defendants herein of a mortgage on the following described real property, situated in Spokane County, State of Washington, to wit: COMMON ADDRESS: 3606 E. Salisbury Lane, Spokane, Washington LEGAL DESCRIPTION: LOT 17, BLOCK 13, REPLAT OF LOTS 1 AND 2 BLOCK 1 OF THE FINAL P.U.D. PLAT OF BELLERIVE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN VOLUME 23 OF PLATS, PAGES 2 AND 3; SITUATE IN THE CITY OF SPOKANE, COUNTY OF SPOKANE, STATE OF WASHINGTON. TAX ASSESSOR PARCEL NUMBER: 353443117 THEREFORE, in the name of the State of Washington, you are hereby commanded to proceed to seize and sell forthwith the above-described property in the manner provided by law; or so much thereof as may be necessary to satisfy the judgment, interest and costs, as of the date of sale. A deficiency judgment is not allowed. The redemption period is 8 months. The Sheriff's notice of sale shall be published in The Spokesman-Review. HEREIN FAIL NOT, but make hereof within sixty (60) days, showing how you have executed the same. This Order may be extended for an additional thirty days for the purpose of sale only.
