Kevin Banks, et al, case #1:12-CV-00070-RFC filed in U.S. District Court, for the District of Montana, Billings Division. The case is an interpleader action arising out of the bus crash on January 8, 2012, occurring near Clinton, Montana. You must answer or otherwise respond to Zurich's interpleader complaint within 21 days of the sixth weekly publication of this notice, and if you do not answer or otherwise respond, default will be entered against you in this action. FURTHER ORDERED that if Bryant Payne and Dewayne Ahrendt do not appear or plead within the time specified, the Court will proceed with the above-entitled action as if such Defendants had been served with process within this state, but any adjudication will, as regards such Defendants affect only the property which is the subject matter of this action.
