ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Directors of Selah School District No. 119 in the Board Room at 105 W. Bartlett Ave., Selah, Washington for construction of the SELAH MIDDLE SCHOOL as follows: Contractors shall submit their Basic Bid sealed proposals up until 6:00 p.m., July 23, 2013. Alternate Bid proposals are due at 7:00 p.m., same date. Proposals received after time set for opening will not be considered. Bids will be opened and publicly read immediately after the final submittal deadline. Copies of drawings and specifications may be obtained only at the office of NAC|Architecture, by and for bona fide Washington licensed bidders upon deposit of $300.00 per complete set. Deposit will not be returned if documents are mutilated or so marked that they are not reusable and/or if they are not returned to the Architect within 10 days after bids are received. Other sets or individual sheets may be purchased at a cost (not refundable) from the printer with the approval of the Architect. No bidder may withdraw its bid after hour set for opening thereof, unless award is delayed for a period exceeding 90 days.
