LOCAL PUBLIC NOTICE On June 19, 2013, an application was filed with the Federal Communications Commission seeking its consent to the transfer of control of KSKN Television, Inc., the licensee of television station KSKN, Channel 22, Spokane, WA, from the Shareholders of Belo Corp. to Gannett Co., Inc. KSKN Television, Inc. is wholly owned by King Broadcasting Company, which is wholly owned by Belo Holdings, Inc. which in turn is wholly owned by Belo Corp.
