SPOKANE PUBLIC SCHOOLS Request for Bid NORTH CENTRAL HIGH SCHOOL CLASSROOM ADDITION Spokane Public Schools is requesting bids for the General Contractor/Construction Manager for the NORTH CENTRAL HIGH SCHOOL CLASSROOM ADDITION for the following Subcontractor Bid Package: Bid No. 33-1213; BP #6 - Selective Demolition (Due Wednesday, August 21, 2013 at 1:00:00 pm.) Bid No. 34-1213; BP #7 - Structural Steel & Concrete SOMD (Due Wednesday, August 21, 2013 at 1:30:00pm.) A Mandatory Pre-Bid Walk through for BP #6 and BP#7 is scheduled for Wednesday, August 14, 2013 at 1:00 PM; those interested in attending are to meet at the north parking lot of North Central High School (1600 North Howard Street, Spokane, WA). Bid No. 35-1213: BP #42 - Wrap Up (Due Thursday, September 12, 2013 at 1:00:00 pm.) A Mandatory Pre-Bid Walk through for BP# 42 is scheduled for Thursday, September 5, 2013 at 1:00 PM; those interested in attending are to meet at the north parking lot of North Central High School (1600 North Howard Street, Spokane, WA). This is a GCCM project. Garco Construction is the GCCM on this project and intends to bid on this package. The scope of work will be outlined in the Contract Documents. Bids are to be submitted on the Bid Proposal form provided in Contract Specifications. A Bid Bond is required for any bid $300,000 or above.
