A MANDATORY pre-bid conference is scheduled for this bid starting at 10:00 a.m. on September 16, 2013, at the main district office, Learning and Teaching Center, 19307 E. Cataldo Avenue, Spokane Valley, Washington. Meet at the entrance to the 500 wing at the Early Learning Center. This bid will provide cable and infrastructure throughout the district to provide services to approximately 14,000 students and staff members. Bids received after time set for opening will not be considered. All bids will be opened and publicly read at the time and date set for opening.
