SQUILLACE DECEASED; UNKNOWN HEIRS AND DEVISEES OF ANITA L. SQUILLACE, DECEASED; AND ALSO ALL PERSONS OR PARTIES UNKNOWN CLAIMING ANY RIGHT, TITLE, LIEN OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THE COMPLAINT HEREIN; Defendants TO: THE ESTATE OF ANITA L. SQUILLACE DECEASED and UNKNOWN HEIRS AND DEVISEES OF ANITA L. SQUILLACE, DECEASED. An Order of Sale has been issued in the above-captioned case, directed to the Sheriff of Spokane County, commanding the sheriff as follows: WHEREAS, in the above-entitled court on October 16, 2013, Plaintiff, secured a judgment against defendants THE ESTATE OF ANITA L. SQUILLACE DECEASED and UNKNOWN HEIRS AND DEVISEES OF ANITA L. SQUILLACE, DECEASED in the amount of $184,973.92 together with interest at an adjustable rate per annum, $25.05 per diem from August 9, 2013 through the date of judgment and continuing thereafter until the date of sale. WHEREAS, 69 days elapsed from August 9, 2013 through the entry of judgment on October 16, 2013. Per diem interest in the amount of $25.05 multiplied by 69 days results in additional interest in the amount of $1,728.45 which when added to the sum of $184,973.92 results in a total judgment amount of $186702.37. WHEREAS, the judgment is a foreclosure against parties of a Deed of Trust Mortgage on real estate in Spokane County, Washington, described as follows: LOT 19, BLOCK 5, MOUNT PLEASANT, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN VOLUME "M" OF PLATS 46, RECORDS OF SPOKANE COUNTY; SITUATE IN THE CITY OF SPOKANE, COUNTY OF SPOKANE, STATE OF WASHINGTON. Tax Parcel No. 26364-0519 and commonly known as: 5204 North Oak Street, Spokane, WA 99205 WHEREAS, on October 16, 2013, the Court ordered that all of the above-described property be sold and the proceeds applied to the payment of principal, interest, attorney fees, costs and disbursements and other recovery amounts with interest to date of the sale of the property. NOW, THEREFORE, in the name of the STATE OF WASHINGTON you are hereby commanded to proceed to seize and sell forthwith and without appraisement, the property above-described, in the manner provided by law, or so much thereof as may be necessary to satisfy the judgment amount plus interest to the date of sale. The redemption period is 0 months. The Sheriff's notice of sale shall be published in the Spokesman Review. The sale date has been set for the 7th day of February, 2014, 10:00 a.m. at the South Entrance of the Spokane County Courthouse, 1116 W. Broadway Ave., Spokane, WA.
