PUBLIC NOTICE FOR CONSULANT SERVICES 2014 ANNUAL CONSULTANT ROSTER In accordance with RCW 39.80, the Stevens County Department of Public Works hereby announces its general anticipated need for professional services in engineering, land surveying, and environmental sciences in 2014 for the following disciplines: 1)Roadway and bridge construction management and inspection 2)Environmental-Cultural resources 3)Land surveying 4)Geotechnical investigation/soils analysis 5)Materials and General Construction testing Consultants, if selected, will perform necessary engineering work for an assigned project, and may, at the discretion of the County, be retained to accomplish construction engineering for the same project. Qualified Consultants who wish to be considered for any or all categories of anticipated services should submit the following information explaining the firm's project experience as related to the categories listed above: •Firm resume and representative project experience •Resumes for key personnel who would actually be assigned to the project and their home office location •A minimum of five (5) references that have been authorized by the Consultant to respond to inquiries regarding the firm. As specific projects arise, and as appropriate, qualified firms on file will be requested to submit a project specific proposal. Submitted qualifications will remain on file for a period of up to two years. If a Consultant has qualifications currently on file from the 2013 Annual Consultant Roster solicitation, the firm is requested to submit a letter of continued interest. Consultants will be selected from the file for Stevens County's projects within the category list above. The County reserves the right to re-advertise for specific projects if it deems that there is not a sufficient number of qualified firms on file, or if a project arises that is not within the above categories, or complexities listed.
