NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF SPOKANE PLAN COMMISSION ON AMENDMENTS TO THE PARKING DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS The City Plan Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 26, 2014, beginning at 4:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Lower Level of City Hall, 808 West Spokane Falls Blvd., to hear public testimony on recommended revisions to the Spokane Municipal Code relating to parking requirements; amending section 17C.230.120, Table 17C.230-1 of the Spokane Municipal Code establishing a No-Parking Required Overlay Zone for the Neighborhood Retail (NR-35) Zoned Area located at the intersection of 5th and Fiske. The documents are available for viewing on the City of Spokane Planning Services Department's website at www.spokaneplanning.org. A SEPA Determination of Non-significance (DNS) was issued for the proposed amendments on February 10, 2014 pursuant to WAC 197-11-340 and Section 17E.050 of the Spokane Municipal Code. Comments regarding the DNS must be submitted by 4:00 PM on February 26, 2014. Public testimony on these proposed amendments will be taken at the hearing.
