An Amended Writ of Execution has been issued in the above-captioned case, directed to the Sheriff of Spokane County, commanding the sheriff as follows: WHEREAS, On October 16, 2013, Plaintiff Wells Fargo Bank N.A. obtained a Default Judgment in the Superior Court of Washington, County of Spokane, against THE UNKNOWN HEIRS AND ASSIGNS OF DALE R. SCHOTT; THE UNKNOWN DEVISEES OF DALE R. SCHOTT; AND ALL PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE REAL PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS 3015 N. LOCUST ROAD, SPOKANE, WA 99206. It is ordered, adjudged, and decreed that the land and premises located at 3015 N. Locust Road, Spokane, WA 99206 (the "Subject Property") and legally described as follows: LOT 12, BLOCK 4, MILLWOOD HOMES ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF MILLWOOD, ACCORDING TO PLAT RECORDED IN VOLUME "W" OF PLATS, PAGE 48, IN THE CITY OF MILLWOOD, SPOKANE COUNTY, WASHINGTON. be sold at public auction, as particularly set out in said Judgment. The total amount due and owing on the Judgment through October 16, 2013, is $203,519.63 consisting of the following: the judgment amount of $200,669.73; $2,000 awarded for attorneys' fees; $849.90 awarded for litigation costs; plus post-judgment interest accruing after October 16, 2013, in the amount of $3,081.12 (131 days x $23.52 per diem); and pursuant to paragraph 4 of the Judgment, post-judgment amounts advanced for costs for publication and Sheriff's fees, payment of property taxes and property insurance, in an unknown currently amount. No redemption period applies to the sale of the Subject Property in accordance with RCW 61.12.093 because Plaintiff waived all deficiency rights related to the Subject Property, the Subject Loan is more than six (6) months in default, and the Subject Property has been abandoned by the Borrower and unoccupied for more than six (6) months.
