An Order of Sale has been issued in the above-captioned case, directed to the Sheriff of Spokane County, commanding the sheriff as follows: WHEREAS, in the above-entitled court on February 21, 2014, Plaintiff, secured a judgment against defendants THE ESTATE OF CONNIE N. LA PLANTE AKA CONSTANCE NORA LAPLANTE, DECEASED and ALL HEIRS AND DEVISEES, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, OF CONNIE N. LA PLANTE AKA CONSTANCE NORA LAPLANTE, DECEASED, in the amount of $67,273.71 together with interest at a rate of 11.1000% per annum, $10.62 per diem from August 15, 2013 through the date of judgment and continuing thereafter until the date of sale. WHEREAS, 191 days elapsed from August 15, 2013 through the entry of judgment on February 21, 2014. Per diem interest in the amount of $10.62 multiplied by 191 days results in additional interest in the amount of $2,028.42 which when added to the sum of $67,273.71 results in a total judgment amount of $69,302.13. WHEREAS, the judgment is a foreclosure against parties of a Deed of Trust Mortgage on real estate in Spokane County, Washington, described as follows: LOT 5, BLOCK 1, SNYDER'S ADDITION, ACCORDING TO PLAT RECORDED IN VOLUME 'C' OF PLATS, PAGE 29, IN THE CITY OF SPOKANE, SPOKANE COUNTY, WASHINGTON. Tax Parcel No. 35213-0105 and commonly known as: East 2010 Hartson, Spokane, WA 99202 WHEREAS, on February 21, 2014, the Court ordered that all of the above-described property be sold and the proceeds applied to the payment of principal, interest, attorney fees, costs and disbursements and other recovery amounts with interest to date of the sale of the property. NOW, THEREFORE, in the name of the STATE OF WASHINGTON you are hereby commanded to proceed to seize and sell forthwith and without appraisement, the property above-described, in the manner provided by law, or so much thereof as may be necessary to satisfy the judgment amount plus interest to the date of sale. The redemption period is 8 months. The Sheriff's notice of sale shall be published in The Valley Voice.
