Bids must be completed in accordance with the specifications and requirements as stated in each schedule. SCHEDULE A: MAGNESIUM ROAD STABILIZATION SCHEDULE B PAVEMENT MARKING SCHEDULE C: ASPHALTIC BITUMINOUS MATERIALS SCHEDULE D: HOT MIX ASPHALT AND TACK OIL SCHEDULE E: AGGREGATES SCHEDULE F: GAS AND DIESEL FUEL Bids are to be submitted in sealed envelopes plainly marked for the appropriate Bid Schedule. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or minor defects, and to reject any or all bids. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the form of a Deposit of Cash, Cashier's Check, or Surety Bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount bid. Checks shall be payable to the Asotin County Public Works Department. No bidder may withdraw his bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
