Charles Road Nine Mile Falls, WA 99026 Spokane County Engineering & Roads The public is invited to review and comment on Spokane County's plan to seek funding for the reconstruction and paving of Old Trail Road and Inland Road starting at the intersection of Seven Mile Road and Inland Road thence south 2 miles to the end of the existing gravel road on Old Trails Road. Preliminary plans for the roadway will be on display at the Riverside State Park Headquarters Building located at 9711 W. Charles Road, Nine Mile Falls, WA 99026.
