BEFORE THE SPOKANE COUNTY CANVASSING BOARD NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING IN THE MATTER OF CALLING A SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Spokane County Canvassing Board ("Board"), pursuant to the provisions of RCW 42.30.080 and chapter 29A.60 RCW, that the Board will hold a special meeting on: Tuesday, February 26, 2013, commencing at 1:00 P.M. or as soon as possible thereafter in the Spokane County Elections Office Conference Room 1033 W Gardner Spokane, WA 99201. The purpose of the special meeting will be for the Board to take action on the following item(s): • Certify the February 12, 2013 Special Election The terminology "action" as used herein shall mean deliberate, discuss, consider, review, evaluate, make a collective decision or take a vote on the above-listed items. Any person may appear at the time, place, and date set forth herein above and observe the action(s) of the Board. No public testimony will be accepted on the item(s) listed above. The Board may ask staff to respond to questions. The Board may hold an executive session during the special meeting for any reason set forth in RCW 42.30.110. The public will not be allowed to attend any executive session. A record of the proceedings of the Board shall be made and maintained in the County Auditor's Office and shall be available for public inspection and copying. The Board's meetings are conducted in facilities which are accessible to disabled indi- viduals.
