CALL FOR BIDS OMAK RESORT WATER AND SEWER TRANSMISSION LINES SEALED BIDS will be received by Colville Tribal Casinos at the offices of Womer and Associates, 221 N. Wall Street, Suite 600, Spokane, WA 99201 until 2:00 p.m., on July 28th, 2014 for the "OMAK RESORT WATER AND SEWER TRANSMISSION LINES." Bids will be opened privately for furnishing the following: Project Description: Approximately 8,500 L.F. of water transmission main, booster pump station building including: fire pump, controls, and piping, domestic supply pumps, controls, and piping, building electrical and mechanical systems, and backup diesel generator. Sanitary sewer system consisting of approximately 8,500 L.F. of variable grade small diameter gravity sewer including: surge tanks, cleanouts and other appurtenances, and gravity sewer consisting of one new manhole and approximately 75 L.F. of sewer piping. A contract according to the Plans and Specifications shall be signed prior to work commencing. Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier's check, money order, or surety bid bond, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid made payable to the Colville Tribal Casinos. It will be the sole responsibility of the bidders to ensure that the bids are in possession of Womer and Associates by the appointed date and time. PREBID MEETING Prebid Meeting: A Prebid meeting for all bidders will be held on July 22nd at 10:30 a.m. local time. Prospective prime bidders are requested to attend. The meeting will be held at the project site: 28968 Hwy 97, Omak, WA 98841 (across from the intersection of Fairgrounds Access Road and Hwy 97.)
