SITUATE IN SPOKANE COUNTY, WASHINGTON. Tax Parcel No. 35333.0723 and commonly known as: 1529 E. Thurston Ave, Spokane, WA 99203 WHEREAS, on March 11, 2014, the Court ordered that all of the above-described property be sold and the proceeds applied to the payment of principal, interest, attorney fees, costs and disbursements and other recovery amounts with interest to date of the sale of the property.
