REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) P8728 , Spokane County Janitorial Services PURPOSE: Spokane County is requesting proposals for the performance of Janitorial services for Spokane County. The Contract period will be for a one (1) year term with optional extension provisions for up to four additional one-year terms. Work may cover, but not be limited to, all phases of Janitorial and Housekeeping services, and other related miscellaneous items. PROPOSALS will be received by Spokane County Purchasing Department, 1101 W. College Ave., Suite 241B, Spokane, WA 99201 until 3:00 P.M., Local Time, Friday, August 15, 2014. A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held at 9:00 a.m., July 29, 2014 1211 W. Gardner, Spokane Washington. The terms, conditions and scope will be reviewed, discussed and be open for questions. Those firms planning to submit responses are strongly urged to be represented at this meeting. A site inspection tour will be conducted immediately following the pre-submittal conference. Attendees must provide their own transportation. While the Pre-Proposal Conference is not mandatory, Proposers are highly encouraged to attend.
