
CALL FOR BIDS Fuel Facility Improvements Project Project #12-07 Spokane International Airport Sealed bids will be received by the Spokane Airport Board (Owner) at the Spokane International Airport, W. 9000 Airport Drive, Spokane, Suite 204, Spokane, WA 99224, until 2:00 PM., on Tuesday, September 23, 2014. Bids will be opened and then publicly read aloud for furnishing the following: This project consists of: •Schedule-A: Modifications to the existing Jet-A fueling system including: new filter/ separators, valves and piping modifications, minor control system revisions, and a new tank gauging system, including all associated electrical, control system, and general work. •Schedule-B: Replacing the entire existing AVGAS system and tanks with a new packaged AVGAS system, including two new 12,000 gallon tanks, and all associated electrical, control system, and general work. A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference for Prime Contractors will be held in the Board Room of The Spokane International Airport Adminis-trative Offices located at the Spokane International Airport, at 1:00 PM, local time on Tuesday, September 9, 2014. Bid Bond, Performance Bond, Payment Bond, and Liability Insurance are required.
