CALL FOR BIDS Reservation Road Pavement Overlay Project. SEALED BIDS will be received by the Spokane Tribe of Indians (Owner) at the Spokane Tribe Administration Building, 6105 Ford-Wellpinit Road PO Box 100 Wellpinit, WA 99040 until 3:00 p.m., on September 05, 2014. Bids will be opened and then publicly read aloud for furnishing the following: 8-miles Pavement Overlay, which includes crack sealing and overlay preparation. Other work scope includes: Reconstruction of small areas of roadway, which includes, aggregate placement and asphalt surfacing; provide signing, striping, and traffic control. A contract according to the General Specifications, Special Conditions, Special Provisions, and Technical Specifications shall be signed prior to work commencing. Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier's check, money order, or surety bid bond, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid made payable to the Owner. It will be the sole responsibility of the bidders to ensure that the bids are in possession of the Roads Contract Specialist by the appointed date and time.
