BID OPENING DATE: March 5th, 2013 BID OPENING TIME: 11:00 am PROJECT NUMBER: CRP-793 PROJECT NAME: Aladdin Road (1) Rehabilitation Project FUNDING CONTRACT: RAP # 3307-01, TA # 4926 The major items of work include: Clearing and grubbing, excavation and embankment, gabion basket placement, culvert pipe installation, placement of crushed surfacing, mixing cement with sub-grade materials, placement of Hot Mix Asphalt, installation of guardrail, erosion control, traffic control and clean-up items. This project is a Federal Aid project with a 2% DBE Requirement. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check or surety bonds in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such a contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to Stevens County. All original proposals must be delivered to the specified place at or before the specified time.
