SPOKANE AIRPORT BOARD REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR STATE LOBBYING SERVICES CONTRACT Sealed proposals will be accepted until 2:00 PM PDT, Friday, September 26, 2014, by the Spokane Airport Board (Board), 9000 W. Airport Drive, Suite 204, Spokane, Washington 99224, to provide the Airport with State Lobbying Services in a variety of airport related matters for the next three (3) years, commencing approximately October 20, 2014 with an option for two (2) additional one-year terms in accordance with the conditions stated in the Request for Proposals (RFP) package.
