Washington State University Rogers Field Lighting Replacement Pullman, WA Sealed proposals are being requested by the Board of Regents of Washington State University, for the above referenced project. Project Scope: Project includes supply and installation of a new Field Lighting System at Rogers Practice Field. Eight steel poles and pole-top light fixture assemblies, including 64 fixtures will be removed. Eight new poles with 36 factory-aimed and assembled luminaires are to be installed in the same locations on the existing foundations. This project will also include new pole-length wiring harnesses for each light pole, lighting controls and pole grounding. Construction duration estimated to be 90 Days from Notice to Proceed with construction to Substantial Completion. Proposals MUST BE based on this Contract Time. Project is located at 1459 NE Cougar Way, Pullman, WA. Bid Estimate: $200,000.00 to $240,000.00 Bids will be received prior to 2:00 p.m.; Tuesday, October 21, 2014 at Facilities Services, 110 Commons Building, 225 NW Idaho St., Pullman, WA 99164-3611. Proposals will then be publicly opened and read aloud in room 110Q, Commons Building. A mandatory pre-bid conference for general contractors will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 14, 2014 at Commons Building, Room 110Q. Parking on campus is enforced 24 hours a day, every day. It is bidder's responsibility to obtain parking permits to attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and bid openings. Daily permit rates may be found at: http://transportation.wsu.edu/ TempFees.html.
