This will be a combination of electrical and low-voltage wiring installation. Majority of work occurs behind the airports secure SIDA area and will be scheduled from 10:00PM - 6:00AM. The system will be used to operate electronic display monitors and kiosks. Contractor is responsible for complying with procedures associated with working in these areas. A contract according to the General Conditions, Special Provisions and Addendums (if applicable) shall be signed prior to work commencing. Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier's check or surety bid bond, in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid for all bid schedules (including sales tax). A performance bond, payment bond, and liability insurance in accordance with the contract documents will be required for the Contract. This is a prevailing wage project per applicable State Law. The Spokane Airport Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality, to accept any alternate bids, and to make such award that it deems to be in the best interest of the Airport pursuant to the terms of the General Conditions. The contract will be awarded to the bidder submitting the lowest, responsive bid. All bidders are cautioned to be aware of the requirement to have their bids considered responsive.
