
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Spokane City Plan Commission will hold a public hearing October 8, 2014 at 4:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, Lower Level of City Hall, 808 W. Spokane Falls Blvd., to receive public testimony on an ordinance related to the topic of the Abandoned Property Registry. This hearing may be continued at the discretion of the Plan Commission. The ordinance proposes adopting new sections 8.02.0675 to chapter 8.02 and 17F.070.520 to chapter 17F.070 of the Spokane Municipal Code. The proposal relates to the establishment of an abandoned property registration program. Any person may submit written comments to the Plan Commission and appear at the public hearing to submit oral comments on the proposal.
