IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON FOR SPOKANE COUNTY NO. 13-2-04979-6 SHERIFF'S NOTICE TO JUDGMENT DEBTORS OF SALE OF REAL PROPERTY WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF OCTOBER 1, 2006 SECURITIZED ASSET BACKED RECEIVABLES LLC TRUST 2006-WM2 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-WM2, Plaintiff vs LAURA STIRLING; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; WMC MORTGAGE CORPORATION, ALSO ALL PERSONS OR PARTIES UNKNOWN CLAIMING ANY RIGHT, TITLE, LIEN, OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THE COMPLAINT HEREIN, Defendants ________________________ TO: Laura Stirling. An Order of Sale has been issued in the above-captioned case, directed to the Sheriff of Spokane County, commanding the sheriff as follows: WHEREAS, in the above-entitled court on July 28, 2014, Plaintiff, secured a judgment against defendant, Laura Stirling, in the total judgment amount of $183,972.93, together with interest at a rate of 8.12500% per annum, $21.47 per diem from June 25, 2014 through the date of judgment and continuing thereafter until the date of sale. WHEREAS, 33 days elapsed from June 26, 2014 through the entry of judgment on July 28, 2014. Per diem interest in the amount of $21.47 multiplied by 33 days results in additional interest in the amount of $708.51, which when added to the sum of $183,972.93 results in a total judgment amount of $184,681.44. WHEREAS, the judgment is a foreclosure against parties of a Deed of Trust Mortgage on real estate in Spokane County, Washington, described as follows: LOTS 11 AND 12, BLOCK 83, LIDGERWOOD PARK, ACCOR- DING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN VOLUME "A" OF PLATS, PAGE(S) 124, RECORDS OF SPOKANE COUNTY, WASHINGTON. Tax Parcel No. 35054.0627 and commonly known as: 804 East Empire Avenue, Spokane, WA 99207 WHEREAS, on July 28, 2014, the Court ordered that all of the above-described property be sold and the proceeds applied to the payment of principal, interest, attorney fees, costs and disbursements and other recovery amounts with interest to date of the sale of the property. NOW, THEREFORE, in the name of the STATE OF WASHINGTON you are hereby commanded to proceed to seize and sell forthwith and without appraisement, the property above-described, in the manner provided by law, or so much thereof as may be necessary to satisfy the judgment amount plus interest to the date of sale. The redemption period is 0 months. The Sheriff's notice of sale shall be published in The Valley Voice. The sale date has been set for the 14th day of November, 2014, 10:00 a.m. at the South Entrance of the Spokane County Courthouse, 1116 W. Broadway Ave., Spokane, WA. YOU MAY HAVE A RIGHT TO EXEMPT PROPERTY from the sale under statutes of this state, including sections 6.13.010, 6.13.030, 6.13.040, 6.15.010, and 6.15.060 of the Revised Code of Washington, in the manner described in those statutes.
