
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Spokane City Plan Commission will hold a public hearing October 22, 2014 at 4:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, Lower Level of City Hall, 808 West Spokane Falls Blvd., to receive public testimony on the proposed 2015 - 2020 Six Year Citywide Capital Improve-ment Program for the City of Spokane. These items have been reviewed under the threshold requirement of the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) and a determination of non-significance has been issued. Copies of these proposals are available from the Integrate Capital Management Department, 2nd Floor, City Hall, 808 W.
