Notice of Traffic Informational Meeting A traffic informational meeting will be held on November 13, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. in the large meeting room at the Moran Prairie Branch Library, 6004 S Regal Street, Spokane, WA . Please park on the north side of the library. A traffic impact analysis has been prepared for Trickle Creek 3rd & 4th, a 72 lot subdivision, at 4214 S Glenrose Road.
