REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR ELECTRICAL INSULATION TESTING EQUIPMENT AND ANALYSIS RFP 430-3939 Proposals will be received by the Public Utility District No. 2 of Grant County, Washington at Beverly, Washington until 3:00 P.M. PST on November 17, 2014 for Professional Services for Electrical Insulation Testing Equipment and Analysis as more fully described in Request for Proposal Document RFP 430-3939. The criteria utilized in evaluating prospective consultants shall relate to the competence and qualifications of the individual or firms being considered so that the individuals or firms selected as consultants shall constitute the best qualified of those considered in the sole judgment of the District. In arriving at a selection the District will review and evaluate the information provided by all interested firms in response to the public announcement. The evaluation criteria as shown in Section III of the RFP document will be used in the evaluation. Each firm submitting a proposal should include sufficient information for the District to evaluate the firm's qualification in each area.
