Washington State University McCluskey Addition Pullman, WA Sealed proposals are being requested by the Board of Regents of Washington State University, for the above referenced project. Project Scope: The work consists of a selective demolition and renovations and an approximately 10,800 s.f. expansion to portions of the existing McCluskey Office Building on the Pullman campus of Washington State University, as well as related site work. The project base bid includes, but is not limited to demolition, construction of new addition to the building, exterior concrete and paving, finishes, fire protection, mechanical and electrical work. Bid alternates include several interior renovation areas within the existing McCluskey Office Building, and areas of exterior snow melt system. Contract Time is anticipated to be 224 Calendar Days to achieve Substantial Completion. Project is located at 2425 E. Grimes Way, Pullman, WA 99163. Bid Estimate: $2,400,000.00 Bids will be received prior to 2:00 p.m.; Monday, November 24, 2014 at Facilities Services, 110 Commons Building, 225 NW Idaho St., Pullman, WA 99164-3611. Part A of the Form of Proposal will be received prior to 2:00 p.m.; at 110 Commons Building, 225 NW Idaho St., Pullman, WA. Part B of the Form of Proposal will be received prior to 3:00 p.m. Proposals will then be publicly opened and read aloud in room 110Q, Commons Building. A pre-bid conference for general contractors will be held at 11:00 a.m. on November 12, 2014 at McCluskey Building, Admin Conference Room. Parking on campus is enforced 24 hours a day, every day.
