City of Spokane Water Department Notice of request for Public Comment Regarding an Amendment to the Spokane County Coordinated Water System Plan Service Area Boundary Map. The City of Spokane Water Department has made a request to the Spokane County Division of Utilities to amend the Spokane County Coordinated Water System Plan Service Area Boundary Map to include in the City of Spokane's water service area an existing service area; platted as Nine Mile Manor, previously served by Sundance Estates, comprised of the following land: THE SOUTH 330 FEET OF THE NORTH 660 FEET OF THAT PART OF THE NORTH HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 26 NORTH, RANGE 42 EAST, W.M., IN SPOKANE COUNTY WASHINGTON, LYING WESTERLY OF NINE MILE ROAD. The public is invited to comment on the proposed boundary amendment by writing to Jim Sakamoto, Principal Engineer, Water Department, 914 East North Foothills Drive, or e-mailing jsakamoto@spokanecity.org.
