Washington State University Request for Qualifications For Geotechnical Engineering Services Plant Science Building WSU, Pullman, WA December 12, 2014 Statement of Qualifications Submittals will be received by Washington State University, Facilities Services, from firms interested in providing profes-sional geotechnical engineering services for the Plant Science Building to meet the following: provide reports of subsurface exploration, preliminary soil properties testing and reporting, and recommendations for building foundation and site design. The consultant shall be retained by the University to represent the Owner's interests during the Design and Construction Phases of the Design-Build Project. The project is located on the east side of campus on N. Fairway Ln between NE Ferdinand's Ln and Wilson Road.
