City of Liberty Lake 22710 East Country Vista Drive Liberty Lake, WA 99019 (509) 755-6700 NOTICE OF ORDINANCE PASSED BY LIBERTY LAKE CITY COUNCIL The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No. 216 passed by the City of Liberty Lake City Council on the 16th day of December, 2014. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LIBERTY LAKE, WASHINGTON, ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE PERIOD JANUARY 1, 2015 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2015, APPROPRIATING FUNDS AND ESTABLISHING SALARY SCHEDULES FOR ESTABLISHED POSITIONS Section 1 adopts the city budget for the year 2015 of $11,143,167 and outlines aggregate expenditures for all funds as set forth in Exhibit A. Section 2 sets amounts for employees’ positions, salary schedules, and adjustments as adopted and referenced in Exhibit B. Section 3 requires the City Clerk to transmit a completed copy of the adopted budget to the State Auditor and Association of Washington Cities. Section 4 establishes a severability clause in the event some portion of the Ordinance is held invalid. Section 5 provides for an effective date of five (5) days after publication of the Ordinance summary.
