MILAM, an individual; THE ESTATE OF SARAH D. GARCIA AND ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS OR DEVISEES OF THE ESTATE OF SARAH D. GARCIA; ALL OCCUPANTS of the real property commonly known as 2003 E. Heroy Avenue, Spokane, Washington; and EAGLE CAPITAL MORTGAGE, LTD., Defendants ________________________ TO: The Estate of Sarah D. Garcia and All Unknown Heirs Or Devisees of the estate of Sarah D. Garcia; and All Occupants of the real property commonly known as 2003 E. Heroy Avenue, Spokane, Washington. An Amended Order of Sale has been issued in the above-captioned case, directed to the Sheriff of Spokane County, commanding the sheriff as follows: WHEREAS, in the above entitled Court, on the 20th day of August, Plaintiff HomeStreet Bank secured a Judgment by Default and Decree of Foreclosure against defendants The Estate of Sarah D. Garcia and All Unknown Heirs Or Devisees of the estate of Sarah D. Garcia; and All Occupants of the real property commonly known as 2003 E. Heroy Avenue, Spokane, Washington, which is for the sum of $51,992.05 plus interest at the rate of 7.875% per annum, $8.63 per diem thereafter. Said judgment was entered in the execution docket of the Superior Court on August 20, 2014. WHEREAS, said judgment is a foreclosure against all defendants herein of a mortgage on the following described real property, situated in Spokane County, State of Washington, to wit: COMMON ADDRESS: 2003 E. Heroy Avenue, Spokane, Washington LEGAL DESCRIPTION: LOT 19 IN BLOCK 20 OF CANNONDALE SECOND ADDITION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN VOLUME "C' OF PLATS, PAGE 52; SITUATE IN THE CITY OF SPOKANE, COUNTY OF SPOKANE, STATE OF WASHINGTON. TAX ASSESSOR PARCEL NUMBER: 350422016 THEREFORE, in the name of the State of Washington, you are hereby commanded to proceed to seize and sell forthwith the above-described property in the manner provided by law; or so much thereof as may be necessary to satisfy the judgment, interest and costs, as of the date of sale. A deficiency judgment is not allowed. The redemption period is 8 months. The Sheriff's notice of sale shall be published in the The Spokesman-Review.
