PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY SMALL WORKS ROSTER Notice is hereby given that the City of Spokane Valley has established a Small Works Roster for the year 2013. Whenever the City seeks to construct any public work or improvement, the estimated cost of which is $300,000 or less, the Small Works Roster may be used. Semi-annually, the City advertises this invitation for submittals from appropriate contractors to be added to the Small Works Roster. All submittals will be kept on file for two (2) years and used to notify contractors of a particular project for bid as the need arises, using City procedures. Information may be updated any time during the year. Work to be performed by contractors on the City's Small Works Roster includes the following three categories: Road and Street Maintenance/ Construction; Building Facilities; and Parks Facilities.
