NOTICE OF HEARING IN THE MATTER OF ESTABLISHMENT OF RUTTER PARKWAY TURNBACK COUNTY ENGINEER'S ROAD FILE NO. 1614 TO THE PUBLIC: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Spokane County, Washington, will on the 9th day of April, 2013, at 5:30 P.M., hear the County Road Engineer's Report on the ESTABLISHMENT proceedings for which were initiated by PRELIMINARY RESOLUTION, such road to be ESTABLISHED being more particularly described as follows: RUTTER PARKWAY TURNBACK - All that part of the area designated for Relinquishment to County, as shown on Exhibit A to that certain County Turnback Agreement No. TB 6-0079, dated June 17, 2010, on file in the Office of the Secretary of Transportation at Olympia, located within the limits of SR 291, MP 7 Vic. to Nine Mile Falls Vic. Right of Way Plan, as delineated on sheet 4 of 4 sheets, approved January 31, 1994, revised May 23, 2003, and all that part of the area identified by cross-hatching, as shown on Rutter Parkway Right of Way Plan, as delineated on sheet 2 of 2 sheets, approved May 23, 2003, revised February 15, 2007, lying within the following: The Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 7; the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 5 and the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 8, all in Township 26 North, Range 42 East, W.M., Spokane County, Washington. Said hearing will be held in the Commissioners Hearing Room, Spokane County Public Works Building, 1026 W. Broadway Ave., Spokane, Washington. You are hereby notified to be then and there present to show cause, if any there by, why said Rutter Parkway Turnback should not be ESTABLISHED as provided by law. All meetings and hearings will be conducted in facilities that are accessible to all members of the public.
