NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Spokane City Plan Commission will hold a public hearing May 8, 2013 at 4:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, Lower Level of City Hall, 808 West Spokane Falls Blvd., to receive public testimony on the proposed 2014-2019 Six Year Comprehen-sive Capital Street Program for the City of Spokane. These items have been reviewed under the threshold requirement of the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) and a determination of non-significance has been issued. Copies of these proposals are available from the Capital Programs Section of the Planning/ Engineering / Building Services Department, 2nd Floor, City Hall, 808 W.
