AGENCY: Central Washington University
DESCRIPTION: The project site is within the campus of Central Washington University in
Ellensburg, Washington. The project consists of a full buildout of both the
annex side and steam side of the old heat plant. Abatement and major
demolition have been completed in the first 2 packages. Major MEP, IT
and Fire systems have been installed in Package #2. Package #3 is
primarily a TI buildout of the entire building. This includes branch duct
and pathway as well as finishes. There is selective demolition, as well as
a new roof, new windows at the steam side and new floor slabs. There is
also landscaping in this package. The project is targeting a Silver rating
under the USGBC LEED for New Construction system.
SUBMITTAL TIME/DATE/LOCATION: Sealed Bids (Form of Proposal Part 1) will be received up to 3:00 PM
PACIFIC TIME, Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at Central Washington
University's Jongeward Plant Services Building, located at 205 E. 11th
