Through this RFP, the Colville Confederated Tribes Department of Transportation is currently soliciting proposals from responsible and responsive firms for professional surveying and engineering services to locate and establish a total of 5 survey benchmarks with input from CCT DOT, and monitor these on a monthly basis for a minimum 6 month time duration in support of the future Columbia River Road Realignment Project to be constructed in summer 2018. Topographic survey of the affected area, and preparation of an Engineers Report tabulating and evaluating the observed measurements, along with general recommendations for further engineering/construction project activity at a potentially imminent landslide section of the Columbia River Road. The specific site location is on the Columbia River Road midway between MP 37 and MP 38 markers (MP 37.5), approx. 2.25 miles West/ Southwest of its intersection with Highway 155 at the Colville Indian Agency within the boundaries of the Colville Indian Reservation, T30N, R30E, NE corner of Sec 3.
The general Scope of Work under this RFP is to provide benchmark survey and monitoring and topographic survey under direction and oversight of CCT DOT; and preparation of overall geotechnical engineering recom-mendations to be included within the final design report and project documentation.
All work completed under this scope must comply with the regulations set forth in the Federal Register 25 CFR Parts 170 as it relates to the Tribal Transportation Program .

The new campus would consist of classroom building with gymnasium with a total area of about 85,799 square feet, two parking lots with about 174 spaces, automobile and bus drop-off and pick zones, driveways, sports fields, play areas, and landscaping.
