IN THE MATTER CONCERNING SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS TO VARIOUS SPOKANE COUNTY FUNDS/DEPARTMENT BUDGETS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners pursuant to Section 36.40.100 RCW, may after duly noticed public hearing authorize supplemental appropriations to the budget; and
WHEREAS, Spokane County Elected Officials and/or Directors of Spokane County Departments have submitted a request for a supplemental appropriation along with the facts constituting the source of funds; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Executive Officer has reviewed these budget requests and has forwarded the following submitted requests to the Board of County Commissioners with a recommendation for approval:
a.Sheriff - $63,345: Appropriate
additional revenue to

Public Notice of Draft
Wastewater Discharge Permit:
Spokane County Environmental Services proposes to reissue a Wastewater Discharge Permit to Honeywell Electronic Materials, located at: 15128 E. Euclid Ave., Spokane, WA 99216. This is in compliance with Spokane County Pretreatment program.
Regulated flows discharged from Building 7 Pretreatment are limited to monthly average not to exceed 48,000 gallons per day. Regulated flows discharged from the facility at the Plant Final Discharge Monitoring Point are limited to monthly average not to exceed 120,000 gallons per day. Regulated flows are discharged via the North Valley Interceptor to Spokane County Regional Water Reclamation Facility and, at times, to City of Spokane Riverside Park Water Reclamation Facility.
Spokane County proposes to renew the permit to the above listed applicant allowing wastewater discharges subject to limitations. These limitations may require the installation of treatment facilities, schedules of compliance, and other conditions necessary to carry out the provisions of municipal, state, and federal law. The proposed limitations, schedules, and conditions are tentative.
Public Notice of Draft will be published on November 5, 2018 and November 12, 2018 in The Spokesman-Review to inform the public that a draft permit and fact sheet are available for review. Interested persons are invited to submit written comments regarding the draft permit. The draft permit, fact sheet, and related documents are available for inspection and copying between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. weekdays, at the office listed below.
