BID OPENING DATE: July 9th, 2013 BID OPENING TIME: 11:00 a.m. PROJECT NUMBER: CRP 804 PROJECT NAME: Garden Spot Pavement Preservation FUNDING CONTRACT: STPR-C331 (001); TA-4874 The major items of work include: Overlay of approximately seven and nineteen hundredths of a mile (7.19) miles of Garden Spot Road, located in the vicinity of Loon Lake, WA. On average, this roadway is 26 feet in width. Overlay nominal depth will not exceed 0.21 feet except in areas of uneven existing pavement. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check or surety bonds in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such a contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to Stevens County. All original proposals must be delivered to the specified place at or before the specified time. No faxed, electronically transferred or otherwise transmitted modifica-tions to the original sealed bid submitted at the affixed place and bid opening time will be accepted.
