CITY OF SPOKANE NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING PROPOSED ORDINANCE NO. C-35136 Notice is given that the City Council for the City of Spokane will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, August 25, 2014, in the Council Chambers, Lower Level of City Hall, 808 West Spokane Falls Boulevard, during the City Council Legislative Session, starting at 6:00 p.m., to take public testimony on proposed Ordinance No. C-35136 relating to adult businesses amortization period to relocate the business to a permitted location; amending Spokane Municipal Code Section 17C.210.100. Any person may submit written comments to the City Council and appear at the public hearing to submit oral comments on the proposal. Written comment may be submitted prior to the public hearing to citycouncil@spokanecity.org The proposed Ordinance is available for viewing on the City's website at https://beta.spokanecity.org/ citycouncil/ or upon request by contacting the Office of the City Clerk at (509) 625-6350 or clerks@spokanecity.org. The public comment period for written comments regarding this proposed amendment will be held open until the end of the public hearing on this amendment. The City Council reserves the right to continue this public hearing.
