College Avenue, Suite 241B Spokane, WA 99201-1010 PURPOSE: The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from a contractor that will consist of the contractor providing sponsorship marketing, theme and graphics development and advertising for the Spokane County Fair and Expo Center, plus other related miscel- laneous items. PROPOSALS will be received by Spokane County Purchasing Department, 1101. W. College Avenue, Suite 241B, Spokane, WA 99210-2010, until 3:00 P.M. Local, September 25, 2014. THE BOARD hereby notifies all bidders that no person or organization shall be dis-criminated against on the basis of race, religion, color, age, sex, sexual orientation or national origin in consideration for an award issued pursuant to this ad- vertisement. Additionally, minority and women owned business enterprises are encouraged to submit bids in response to this invitation.
