ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Spokane Housing Authority is requesting bids, on or before 3:00 P.M., PST, Monday, March 11, 2013 for the following project: PROVIDE PORTFOLIO-WIDE LANDSCAPING MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR 2013-2015 FOR 15 APARTMENT COMPLEXES AND/OR OFFICES. The BID packages with scope of work and locations can be picked up beginning 2:00 PM, on Friday, February 22, 2013 at Spokane Housing Authority office at 55 W. Mission, Spokane, WA 99201 or at www.spokanehousing.org. Contact persons are Val McNeill or Gary Harper. All work shall be included under a single contract. The Bidder shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the work. W/MBE and Section 3 bids are encouraged.
