Proposed Amendment to the 2014-2017 Transportation Improvement Program The Spokane Regional Trans-portation Council (SRTC) is seeking public comment on a proposed amendment to the 2014-2017 Transportation Im-provement Program (TIP). The TIP is a document that identifies specific projects proposed to be undertaken during the upcoming four years. The amendment would add a new planning project to the TIP to implement SRTC's long-range plan, Horizon 2040.
