Bouten Construction Company Tri Cities Airport Terminal Expansion and Modernization Request for Qualifications for Pre-Bid Subcontractor Eligibility Pursuant to RCW 39.10.400 a public hearing was held by Bouten Construction Company ("GC/CM") and the Port of Pasco ("Owner") in order to provide interested parties with an opportunity to submit written and verbal comments regarding the use of the pre-bid subcontractor eligibility process and the GC/CM's intended subcontractor requirements. Notice of Public Hearing The Board of Supervisors for the Spokane Conservation District will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 11, 2014 at 5:30pm during the regularly scheduled monthly meeting of the Board. The purpose of the hearing is to solicit public comment on the matter of re-authorization of the special assessment which provides funding for the activities of the District. The special assessment is imposed on behalf of the District by the Spokane County Board of Commissioners and must be re-authorized every 10 years. The assessment was established and rate caps were set by the Washington State Legislature (ref: R.C.W.89.08.400) in 1989 and have been collected in Spokane County since 1991. Proposed Amendment to the 2014-2017 Transportation Improvement Program The Spokane Regional Trans-portation Council (SRTC) is seeking public comment on a proposed amendment to the 2014-2017 Transportation Im-provement Program (TIP). The TIP is a document that identifies specific projects proposed to be undertaken during the upcoming four years. The amendment would add a new planning project to the TIP to implement SRTC's long-range plan, Horizon 2040. Full details of the project in the amendment can be viewed at www.srtc.org or by calling 509/343-6370. A public comment period on the amendment starts 2/26/14.
