The City of Liberty Lake (“City”) is soliciting for Consultants with expertise in Civil and Structural Engineering Design. This agreement will be for approx-imately one year in duration with the option for the City to extend it for additional time and money if necessary.
The City reserves the right to amend terms of this “Request for Qualifications” (RFQ) to circulate various addenda, or to withdraw the RFQ at any time, regardless of how much time and effort consultants have spent on their responses.
Project Description
The work to be performed by the Consultant consists of preparing preliminary engineering design for an additional northbound lane on Harvard Bridge (Exit 296, I-90), possible improvements to WB on ramps and providing PE, R/W, and Environmental services for the design of two new signals on Appleway Avenue at Signal Rd and Madson Rd. This is not an exhaustive list of services required.
A DBE goal of 0% has been established for the Harvard Bridge Revision project. No DBE goal is established for the Appleway Signals. The City reserves the right to retain the services of the successful firm(s) for any subsequent phases (PE, R/W, CN, etc.) associated with this/these project(s).

Spokane County is requesting submittals from firms to enter into an agreement(s) to establish and grow a transload business. Spokane County is interested in working with experienced private parties to establish a regional transloading facility in this area to handle a variety of industrial, agricultural and commercial products and municipal solid waste. This will consist of all aspects of the day to day operations of the Geiger Spur/Fairchild Lead Transload Facility. Spokane County is interested in establishing a regional transload facility in two phases. Phase I is the subject of this RFP, utilizing existing off main track (identified as the Fairchild Lead) for realizing a regional transload facility.

The Spokane Regional Transpor-tation Council (SRTC) is seeking public comment on a proposed amendment to the 2017-2020 Transportation Improvement Pro-gram (TIP). NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Board of County Commissioners of Spokane County, pursuant to the provisions of RCW 36.34.020 and RCW 36.34.030, that the Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing at 2:00 p.m. , or as soon as possible thereafter, on March 21, 2017 , in the Commissioners' Assembly Room, Lower Level of the Public Works Building, 1026 West Broadway Avenue, Spokane WA 99260.
The purpose of the public hearing will be for the Board of County Commissioners to consider public testimony from any taxpayer, in person or by counsel, on the Board's proposal declaring the miscellaneous personal County property described in Attachment A, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, as surplus to the needs of Spokane County.

An Order of Sale has been issued in the above-captioned case, directed to the Sheriff of Spokane County, commanding the sheriff as follows:
WHEREAS, in the above-entitled court on October 9, 2014, Plaintiff, secured a judgment against defendants Robert Charles Biglin As Executor Of The Estate Of Charles G. Biglin, Deceased, and Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Charles G. Biglin, Deceased, in the total judgment amount of $126,024.06, together with interest at a rate of 5.25000% per annum, $15.33 per diem from the date of judgment and continuing thereafter until the date of sale.
