An Order of Sale has been issued in the above-captioned case, directed to the Sheriff of Spokane County, commanding the sheriff as follows:
WHEREAS, in the above-entitled court, Plaintiff, secured a judg- ment and decree of foreclosure ("Judgment") against Defendants FRANK D. GILLILAND and ESTATE OF PHYLLIS M. GILLILAND, in the amount of $95,388.33 together with interest at the rate of 2.170% per annum, $5.31 per diem from December 6, 2016, the day after interest good through on the Judgment, to February 28, 2017, the date of Judgment entry, in the amount of $451.35
WHEREAS, post-judgment interest is accruing on $95,834.37 from March 1, 2017 until the date of sale at 12% per annum, $31.50 per diem;
WHEREAS, the Judgment is a foreclosure against parties of a deed of trust mortgage on the real property ("Property") at 517 East Gordon Avenue, Spokane, WA 99207 and described in Exhibit "1" attached hereto;
WHEREAS, on February 28, 2017, the Court ordered that all of the Property be sold and the proceeds applied to the payment of principal, interest, attorney's fees, costs and disbursements and other recovery amounts with interest to date of the sale of the property.
NOW, THEREFORE, in the name of the STATE OF WASHINGTON you are hereby commanded to proceed to seize and sell forthwith and without appraisement, the Property, in the manner provided by law, or so much thereof as may be necessary to satisfy the judgment amount plus interest to the date of sale. Public Notice of Draft Wastewater Discharge Permit:
Spokane County Environmental Services proposes to reissue a Wastewater Discharge Permit to Mica Landfill, located at 7810 S. Hidden Hollow Rd. This is in compliance with the Spokane County Pretreatment Program.
The Monthly Average Flow Limit is regulated not to exceed 78,000 gallons per production day. The Daily Maximum Flow shall not exceed 148,000 gallons per day. Regulated flows are discharged via the Spokane Valley Interceptor to Spokane County Regional Water Reclamation Facility and, at times, City of Spokane Riverside Park Water Reclamation Facility (Publicly Owned Treatment Works or POTWs).
Spokane County proposes to renew the permit to the above listed applicant allowing waste- water discharges subject to limitations. These limitations may require the installation of treatment facilities, schedules of compliance, and other conditions necessary to carry out the provisions of municipal, state, and federal law. The proposed limitations, schedules, and conditions are tentative.
Public Notice of Draft will be published on September 8, and September 15, 2017 in The Spokesman-Review to inform the public that a draft permit and fact sheet are available for review. Interested persons are invited to submit written comments regarding the draft permit. The draft permit, fact sheet, and related documents are available for inspection and copying between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. weekdays, at the office listed below. Activities to Increase Tourism
in Spokane Valley
The Spokane Valley Lodging Tax Advisory Committee (SVLTAC) was established by the Spokane Valley City Council in accordance with state law, to advise and recommend to the City Council how excise taxes on lodging collected in Spokane Valley should be allocated in order to best increase tourism in the City. The purpose of this Request for Grant Proposal is to solicit proposals from those non-profit and municipal agencies which encourage tourism in 2018 in Spokane Valley. Each entity responding should develop projects which meet requirements and increase tourism in the City of Spokane Valley.
