REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) E2017-4 / P10458; Environmental Engineering Consultant Services for Various Spokane County Projects SELECTION OF SERIVCE PROVIDER for consultant service providers who will be eligible to provide services for various Spokane County public works projects. Service Provider will be selected for Environmental Engineering. See RFQ document for more specifics on possible tasks.
