NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Spokane County Community Services, Housing, and Com- munity Development Department (CSHCD), that a public hearing will be held on September 18, 2018, in the Commissioner's Hearing Room, lower level, Public Works Building located at 1026 West Broadway Avenue, Spokane, WA. The hearing will begin at 5:30 p.m.
The Spokane County CSHCD Department requests that the Spokane Board of County Commissioners (BoCC) grant final approval of leasing the building located at 312 E. Hartson Ave., Spokane, WA to Pioneer Human Services. This property is owned by Spokane County and referred to as the "The Phoenix Apartments."
The CSHCD Department leases the Premises, (which contains forty tenant apartments), to PHS who manages the property. PHS then provides safe and supportive transitional housing for chronically mentally-ill homeless people over the age of eighteen who are Medicaid eligible, enrolled with an CSHCD contracted mental health provider, and are seeking permanent housing elsewhere. Occupancy by any individual shall be limited to a six-month term, unless an exemption is provided by the CSHCD.

WHEREAS, the 2018 AMENDED ANNUAL ROAD CONSTRUCTION PROGRAM does incorporate said changes, and
WHEREAS, an environmental assessment has been made of the projects listed in the Amended Program; and
WHEREAS, the Amended Program is consistent with the Adopted Comprehensive Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has reviewed the 2018 AMENDED ANNUAL ROAD CONSTRUCTION PROGRAM and has found they meet the requirements of existing Washington state law; now, therefore,
THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Spokane County, Washington, that the attached 2018 AMENDED ANNUAL ROAD CONSTRUCTION PROGRAM, are unanimously approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the County Engineer be and is authorized to proceed with preliminary engineering and right of way acquisition for the projects outlined in the 2018 Amended Annual Road Construction Program.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the projects included in the programs are found to be environmentally insignificant, with the exception of those projects indicated otherwise.

An Order of Sale has been issued in the above-captioned case, directed to the Sheriff of Spokane County, commanding the sheriff as follows:
WHEREAS, in the above-entitled court, Plaintiff, secured a judgment and decree of foreclosure ("Judgment") against Defendants ESTATE OF BETTY JEAN BOUCK, GREGORY BOUCK, JEFFREY BOUCK, LEE BOUCK, UNKNOWN HEIRS OF BETTY JEAN BOUCK, ALL CITY BAIL BONDS, and ALL OTHER PERSONS, PARTIES, OR OCCUPANTS UNKNOWN in the amount of $154,050.12 together with interest at the rate of 2.320% per annum, $9.62 per diem from MAY 5, 2017, the day after interest good through on the Judgment, to MAY 30, 2017, the date of Judgment entry, in the amount of $240.50;
WHEREAS, post-judgment interest is accruing on $154,290.62 from MAY 31, 2017, until the date of sale at 12% per annum, $50.72 per diem;
WHEREAS, the Judgment is a foreclosure against parties of a deed of trust mortgage on the real property ("Property") at 2408 North Columbus Street, Spokane, WA 99207 and described in Exhibit "1" attached hereto;
WHEREAS, on MAY 30, 2017, the Court ordered that all of the Property be sold and the proceeds applied to the payment of principal, interest, attorney's fees, costs and disbursements and other recovery amounts with interest to date of the sale of the property.
NOW, THEREFORE, in the name of the STATE OF WASHINGTON you are hereby commanded to proceed to seize and sell forthwith and without appraisement, the Property, in the manner provided by law, or so much thereof as may be necessary to satisfy the judgment amount plus interest to the date of sale.
